HOW YOU SEE THE WORLD MATTERS

there is always opportunity

Whatever happens, we can focus on how we respond.

The average person will experience approximately 36 "disorder events” during adulthood. These are big life moments that might include starting a new job, moving town, or breaking up with a partner. That means we go through some sort of significant life change every 18 months. Change is assured....and yes, change can be difficult, but it can also provide opportunity.

The important thing to remember is that change is not the enemy.

Our mindset is set of beliefs, attitudes, assumptions, and perspectives that shape how we see the world around us, as well as how we choose to respond to those situations.

And while we may have around 36 huge events in our lifetime, we will be guaranteed plenty of smaller events along the way too!

How we deal with them depends on our mindset.

how marketers can improve mindset

adaptability

In today's fast-paced marketing landscape, adaptability is critical. Those of us who can embrace change and pivot quickly are the ones who will thrive. How do you willingly embrace uncertainty and view change as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback? Uncover ways to equip yourself with the tools and strategies to navigate shifting tides with confidence.

gratitude

Gratitude is a potent force that fuels resilience. It sounds easy to 'be thankful', but surprisingly we seem to easily forget our basic gratitude skills. We can all cultivate a mindset of gratitude that allows us to maintain varying perspectives and notice the good that is around us everywhere, even during challenging times. And (as we'll show you) gratitude practice delivers phenomenal results!

discipline

Self-discipline is the bedrock of success in any endeavour, and marketing is no exception. Self-discipline improves our focus, and keeps us motivated and consistent, even in the face of challenges that arise. Any new ideas that you learn here are useless if you cannot apply them, New habits require action. That takes self-discipline, and it's a skill you can develop.

growth mindset

A growth mindset is our belief that we can develop new abilities and beliefs. That we are not locked into the world that currently exists. The fundamental idea is that you can make something better - whether it is yourself, your situation, your future. We help marketers embrace challenges as opportunities for learning and growth and cultivate a mindset that thrives on new opportunities.
